Chuck Perry, LCSW

Direct Services:

Consultation / Treatment Planning / Individual, Couples & Family Psychotherapy / Employment Counseling / Team Building / Conflict Management

I work with individuals and families to better establish and maintain health, mental health & relationship goals. I seek to define common ground, find creative resources, and develop individual strengths. I focus on basic features of everyday struggles (stress, overwhelm, change, negativity) and guide individuals towards short and long term goals. I appreciate working with people from a range of backgrounds and life experiences, and can create a collaborative and health-informed process for those who are challenged by their symptoms.

Using a grounding and reflective approach during sessions, I work with clients to isolate key issues related to daily life, including interpersonal communication, financial stress, life changes, emotional reactivity, and family dynamics. I can help navigate health and mental health treatment plans that involve medication, supportive treatments, or complementary interventions.

I specialize in individualized needs to address health barriers, including smoking cessation, substance abuse aftercare, harm reduction, coping skill development, work-life stressors, and family change counseling.

Using brief intervention and evidence-based psychotherapy strategies, we can quickly create and implement a treatment plan, and refer to specialty providers and partnering programs as needed.

I am not currently accepting new clients. Please inquire about my interest list and community referrals. I will respond within 24 hours of your message.

General wait time for new clients is approximately 6 - 8 weeks.
